Loa-De-Mede Farms is a 4th generation family dairy farm. Clarence Werry founded Loa-De-Mede, later transitioned to son Bill. Bill had 4 sons, of which 3 became partners in Loa-De-Mede, Dennis, Eldon & Wendel. For decades this 3 brothers operated and grew Loa-De-Mede Farms at the Conlin Rd location.
Since Eldon & Wendel's retirement, Dennis and son John, along with their wives, Cindy and Heather, operate Loa-De-Mede Farms at it's new location slightly North of the original home farm. In February 2015 the cows moved to a new robot barn, to help reduce labour requirements.
Loa-De-Mede is continuing it's breeding philosophy of high type, good uddered cows with good feet and legs.
Visitors welcome by appointment.
